Rachel Sin's collection at Ottawa Fashion Week was both edgy and elegant both individually and at the same time. With sparkling materials and unique frilled designs, her pieces dazzled. Her opening piece caught everyone's attention immediately with a glittering gold blazer over a black bra. This business formal and cocktail collection took a slight turn from her usual designs briefly with earth tones and pencil dresses. Overall, her collection did not disappoint with its usual standard of quality fits and materials that ensure the utmost class and trendiness.
