I'm speechless and redundant

Fashion blogger fail.  So I managed to strain my hamstring by walking in some high wedges the other day.  You'd think that I'd be capable enough to walk in high shoes by now.  Despite the fact that I could barely walk, I pushed through the pain and decided to wear heels the day after to a fashion show.  Funny enough, I felt a lot less sore after walking in heels the entire night.

The blouse was more of a transitional piece that I wore on my way to the show.  Like always, I felt super classy taking a crowded bus at 6 pm dressed in glam-ed up night attire.  And I think that I have found one of the noisiest shoes ever.  As if heels weren't loud enough, but these have little silver ornaments that jingle with ever step.  In other news, I'm not really one for makeup because I definitely just don't have the artistic flare for it...or the eye structure.  For poking around with a brush and randomly blending colours, it wasn't that much of a disaster though.  Except that I went to a makeup gala. Then my eye work looked like a disaster in comparison.

What I'm wearing:
-Black sequin skirt from Joe Fresh
-Black heels from Aldo
-Blue blouse from Forever 21

  31. Lovely outfit! The sequins are great. Also loving the shoes. Hope your leg heels real quick. Btw, question: those waves in your hair - are they a result of a past perm job or do you curl it everyday? They're really natural and pretty waves. :)

  32. That skirt is gorgeous! And I love how you threw on the shirt to tone down the dressyness of it.

  33. I love your eye makeup! I think you did an awesome job.

Yep, I don't think I have the artistic flare for eyeshadow either. I usually end up looking like a hot mess.

You inspired me though. I think I'm gonna screw around with what I have in my make bag.
