Undomestic

You would think that after living on my own for a few years, I'd learn a thing or two about domestic tasks.  Nope.

Firstly, I cannot cook to save my life.  Considering how we literally need to cook to sustain life, this is not good news.  Because of this, I have involuntarily been surviving off the raw food diet. And pasta.  Secondly, I cannot do laundry properly.  Heck, I'm so bad at laundry, I can ruin something before I even wash and dry it.  Like with this sweater dress and blazer, it didn't even cross my mind to consider that linty wool would stick to a black blazer.  By the end of the day, I looked like I rubbed a cat on myself.  I should just get a cat so I can blame my laundry woes on someone else.

  14. I love the chevron print of your sweater dress! I am definitely not a domestic goddess myself either! The fact that I learned to sew this year is quite mind blowing to me still. Cooking is a whole other story though!
    Happy Friday!

  16. haha this post made me laugh. Cooking is pretty easy, but I find laundry bothersome. I usually go two-three months without doing it and then throw it all in at once. I don't follow rules, so you're totally not alone. I love this dress and it looks fabulous with the blazer -- wool/cat mess or not!
